EA officially announced Skate 3 today. It will be the third installment of the well received skateboard franchise.
Skate 3 will build upon the success of the first two games of the series by adding a team aspect with an all new co-op mode. You and your teammate will complete challenges together and work as a team to further your careers. The new co-op mode will be available offline as well as online. EA is adding an extra incentive to pre-order the game. It will gain you access to an exclusive Black Box Distribution Skate Park.
Skate 3 is going to be released in May of next year for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. Check out a teaser trailer for the new game after the break.
