Rovio has announced the newest release in the Angry Birds franchise and it’s called Angry Birds Space.
We knew an evolution to the Angry Birds franchise was coming at some point and apparently that time is now. Rovio has announced Angry Birds Space which guessing from the name, it’s pretty easy to figure what the game is going to be about.
Angry Birds Space is taking our beloved birds into a whole new world, literally. We can expect the same addictive gameplay with some new characters and gameplay thrown in like gravity playing a big part. It will hit next month on several different platforms and will eventually end up on every platform known to man I’m sure. Expect to hear more soon on what the sure to be mega-hit will be bringing to the table. For now enjoy the teaser trailer below.
Angry Birds Space is going to be released on March 22nd. No official platforms have been announced yet, but I’m sure we can expect to see it on iOS for iPhone and iPad.
