Insomniac Games officially announced Resistance 3 today at gamescom 2010 along with a teaser trailer.
The announcement of Resistance 3 didn’t surprise a lot of people because of all of the rumors surrounding its obvious development. Along with the announcement at gamescom 2010, Insomniac Games released a live action trailer that is pretty cool. Unfortunately that means we don’t get any actual gameplay from the game yet so I guess we will just have to wait to check that out. Insomniac looks to rebound from the previous Resistance game that found more critics than the original game. If the trailer is any indication, we can expect even more frantic gunplay as you again fight against the Chimera.
Resistance 3 is going to be released in 2011, exclusively for the PlayStation 3. Check out the teaser trailer after the break.
