Rainbow Six: Patriots Debut Trailer Released

Rainbow Six: Patriots Debut Trailer ReleasedUbisoft released the debut trailer for the recently announced Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six: Patriots.

Tom Clancy has always had a knack for being on the cutting edge of military technology and putting together scenarios that seem entirely believable for anybody that watches the news. Rainbow Six: Patriots is no different and from the glimpses of the game released so far, it may be one of the darkest games in the best-selling franchise released so far. If you don’t believe me, check out the trailer below and see if the hairs on the back of your neck don’t stick up just a little. With the whole occupy movement being plastered all over the nightly news, you could almost see some extreme side stepping up and taking it to whole other level.

In the Rainbow Six: Patriots debut trailer we get to see the “True Patriots” break into a New York City office building and strap a bomb to a man as punishment for all of the corporate greed. They then throw the man out the window and detonate the bomb as he hits the ground. No gameplay footage unfortunately, but it’s deep and dark for a debut trailer and really has interested to me more. Check out the trailer below that was first shown during the 2011 VGAs.

Rainbow Six: Patriots is going to be released sometime in 2013 for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and the PC.
