A UK based gaming biz site say that they have details on Microsoft's Project Natal that gives a release date, the number of launch games, and a price.
Little new details on Project Natal have been released since the announcement at this year's E3, but we may now know the date, price, and number of launch games. MCVUK say they have a source that was at secret Microsoft meeting with UK developers to drum up interest in developing for the platform. In this meeting is was apparently revealed that Project Natal will be released in November 2010 and will cost under £50 which is about $80 USD. They also reveal that it will launch with 14 games, most from first party developers like Rare. Microsoft has already announced that a good chunk of major developers are committed to the platform already. Lastly, they reveal that 5 million units will be manufactured and they will mixed between console bundles and solo cameras.
We will keep this story in our rumor pile until we have confirmation from Microsoft on the launch details. If it is true though, we might have Project Natal in our hands this time next year.
