Eat Sleep Play and Sony has announced the new release date for the Twisted Metal reboot.
Originally the Twisted Metal
reboot was going to be released on October 4th, but Eat Sleep Play pushed the date out to an unspecified date in early 2012. David Jaffe made the delay announcement on the official PlayStation blog to the disappointment of fans eagerly waiting for the reboot. The reasoning behind the delay was so they could have more time polishing the game which is hard to argue with.
The new release date is now Valentine’s Day, February 14th 2012. Hopefully by that time you will have been able to save up a little money after the huge holiday season onslaught. Twisted Metal is going to be released exclusively for the PlayStation 3.
