4 new DLC packs have been announced for the best selling western Red Dead Redemption.
Rockstar Games has another huge franchise on their hands with the released of Red Dead Redemption. It has already sold over 4.4 million copies worldwide and is a good contender for many Game of the Year lists I’m sure. Rockstar Games is looking to add even more value to the huge open world game with the announcement of 4 new DLC packs.
The 4 new Red Dead Redemption DLC packs will be released over the next couple of months and will feature a nice variety of additions. The first will be released this August and it will be called the “Legends and Killers Pack” It will feature 9 New Multiplayer map locations and 8 New Multiplayer characters that will include trophies and achievements. The next will be the “Liars and Cheats Pack” and it will include a new multiplayer mode called ‘Attack and Defend’ as well as a new weapon called the Explosive Rifle. The third will be named the “Free Roam Pack” and will add more free roam challenges. The last one will be released this Fall and will be called the “Undead Nightmare Pack”. It will add a brand new adventure for the single player side and zombies to the multiplayer side.
The new DLC packs will start releasing next month and will go until this Fall. All but the “Free Roam Pack”, which hasn’t been announced yet, will run you $9.99 or 800 Microsoft points. They will all be available on PSN and Xbox LIVE. Check out the source for a full list of DLC details.
