GameTrailers has released a nice preview trailer for the upcoming Left 4 Dead 2 that will get you up to speed on the sequel.

The new Left 4 Dead 2 preview trailer catches anybody that hasn't followed every bit of news that has come out about the game over its development. GT details the new Infected that will running you down in the sequel and also shows off some of the game's many weapons. The main types of weapons they highlight are the new melee weapons that will be at your disposal. We also get to see the new items that have been added to your team to help you along the way. They show the new defibrillator pack that will help players close to death and the adrenalin shot that will give you a little boost of energy. Anybody who hasn't heard about all the new added features should check out the preview or anybody that just wants to see more of the game while they wait patiently for 17th to come.

Valve also recently revealed that pre-orders for L4D2 are up 4x as many as the original so you will have plenty of company in the new multiplayer modes.

Left 4 Dead 2 will be available on Xbox 360 and the PC on November 17th. Check out the preview trailer after the break.
