Netflix on Nintendo 3DS Arrives

Netflix LogoThe promised 3DS Netflix app that Nintendo announced at E3 this year has finally arrived.

Amid the firestorm of negative comments to a recent rate hike, Netflix continues its march towards total domination of the streaming movie market by adding the Nintendo 3DS to its lineup of available platforms.

The Netflix app was originally announced during Nintendo’s E3 keynote and is available now on the 3DS eShop for free. You must be a Netflix subscriber to take advantage of the streaming service though. The basic streaming service will now run you $7.99 a month. You will be able to view your instant queue and search through Netflix’s huge library of streaming movies and television shows.
