Take-Two and Rockstar reveal that Max Payne 3′s release date is getting delayed again.

, hit another snag today when Take-Two and Rockstar announced that the release date would be getting pushed back a couple of months past its March finish line. Take-Two’s CEO, Strauss Zelnick, said the delay was to ensure the game’s quality was at the level we expect from Rockstar’s games. Its hard to argue with a delay reason like that, but it sucks we will have to wait longer for Max’s highly anticipated return.
Max Payne 3
is now going to be released on May 15th for Xbox 360 and PlayStation. The PC version will follow on May 29th. Due to the announcement, Rockstar has extended the deadline to pre-order the Max Payne 3: Special Edition
to April 2nd.
