TT Games and Disney announce LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean, the next installment in the best-selling LEGO franchise.
With multiple best-selling releases under their belt, many people wondered what the next movie franchise that TT Games was going to tackle. Those questions were answered when they announced that LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean was in development. It will follow storylines from the first three blockbuster movies and will also include content from the upcoming fourth movie, Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides. Not surprisingly, it will release on all major platforms and will be released alongside the fourth movie in May 2011. It will feature at least 70 characters and over 20 levels.
LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean is going to be released in May 2011 on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PC, DS, Wii, and the PSP.
