Grand Theft Auto IV DLC, The Lost and the Damned has set a new record for Xbox LIVE claims Microsoft. According to a recent press release, Microsoft states that Rockstar's Xbox 360 exclusive downloadable content "eclipsed first-day revenue for all previous downloadable content on Xbox LIVE"

The Lost and the Damned was announced back in 2006 at E3 by Peter Moore. The exclusive content reportedly cost Microsoft $50 million dollars. It is the first of two expansion packs that will only be released on the Xbox 360.

The Lost and the Damned is available now on Xbox LIVE for 1600 Microsoft points.
