Cam footage of Dead Space 2 that was pulled from the Ustream of the recent PAX East event has surfaced.
Dead Space 2 is the follow up to the surprise survival horror hit of 2008. It was announced back in December and was Game Informer's January cover story as well. Executive Producer, Steve Papoutsis, said that the Dead Space sequel will be more focused on action and it is very apparent from the cam footage. At the recent PAX East event in Boston, someone captured some brief footage of Dead Space 2 that was being shown to show attendees. In the footage we can see Isaac Clarke flying down a narrow corridor with what look to rocket boots. It's not the greatest footage but it does show off some pretty intense flying action. Overall the footage is pretty short but worth the quick look.
No release date has been set for Dead Space 2 but it will be released for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and the PC sometime in Q1 2011. Check out the cam footage after the break.
