Treyarch’s first release as the main Call of Duty studio is almost here and Activision has released a Call of Duty: Black Ops launch trailer to mark the occasion.
Announced back in April, Call of Duty: Black Ops looks to be another huge hit for the Call of Duty franchise. The release comes about a month after EA came out with the Medal of Honor reboot to take a shot at the top spot of first person shooters. Unfortunately the MOH reboot met with mixed reviews but has sold fairly well. It remains to be seen whether that means people are getting tired of the modern war setting or if they just decided Medal of Honor was DOA.
The Call of Duty: Black Ops launch trailer looks epic and highlights a lot of the locals we will get to visit in the game. Many people are looking forward to the next installment in the best-selling franchise and the launch trailer shows why.
Call of Duty: Black Ops is going to be released on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PC, the Wii and the DS on November 9th. Check out the launch trailer after the jump.
