Army of Two: The 40th Day hits store shelves tomorrow and EA has conveniently released a launch trailer today to help build excitement.
The Army of Two: The 40th Day launch trailer gives us all the usual explosions and fist bumping moments you would expect. The main focus of the trailer shows us how the game’s story begins. While in Shanghai, Salem and Rios are caught in the middle of an attack that destroys the city. The two guns for hire then have to fight their way out of the city.
It’s a pretty cool setting for a story, so hopefully they have overcome all of the issues from the original game. Some of the most fun moments I’ve had in the last year have been in co-op games and I like the trend that developers are adding this into their games. We will just have to wait and see if it lives up to what we hope it could be.
