Full Guitar Hero 5 Set List Revealed

Activision has revealed the final batch of songs that will make up the 85 tracks that will be included in Guitar Hero 5.
The final 15 tracks were revealed today so we now know the full 86 song set list for Guitar Hero 5. Among the new tracks, I can say I am most excited about "Kryptonite" from 3 Doors Down, "Looks That Kill" from Motley Crue, and Nirvana's "Smells Like Teen Spirit". Guitar Hero 5's set list includes quite a few different genres and runs over many decades of music.
Guitar Hero 5 is going to be in stores September 1st for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 2, and the Wii. Check out the full 85 tracks after the break.Read more...
New Lost Planet 2 Footage Released

There was some new footage released for Lost Planet 2 along with an interview with the game's Producer.
GameTrailers has an interview with Jun Takeuchi, Lost Planet 2's Producer, and he talks about the four player co-op that will be included in the game. Lost Planet 2 will allow you play the game solo or with any combination of bots and friends. The video also shows some of the game's huge bosses that look amazing. Each new boss will have different ways to defeat them including fighting inside of them. Jun also gives some more insight into the new game's locales.
Still no firm release date has been given for Lost Planet 2 but he did say to expect it sometime this winter. You will be able to play it on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC. Check out the interview after the jump.Read more...
New Alan Wake Gameplay Video Released

Remedy Entertainment released a new gameplay video for Alan Wake at the recent Comic-Con.
The new video is basically the same one that Remedy showed off at this year's E3, but I will take any chance I get to watch more footage from this game. The video shows off Alan Wake's biggest weapon, light. When Alan shines his light on enemies it makes them vulnerable to more conventional weapons. Alan Wake looks to have just the right amount of creepiness and tension to make me wish it was coming out sooner.
Remedy has not set a release date for Alan Wake other than a vague Spring 2010 date. When it is released it will be available for the Xbox 360 and a PC release is still up in the air. Check out the new video after the break.Read more...
DiRT 2 Croatia Rally Trailer Released

Codemasters has released a new trailer for DiRT 2, this time showing off a rally race in Croatia.
The new video showcases more of DiRT 2's beautiful graphics and also shows off one of the many races that are going to be included in the final game. The original DiRT was an amazing rally game and the sequel looks to not disappoint. DiRT 2's graphics are just simply amazing and fans of the original have got to be excited for this one. Driving fans have a lot to look forward to this year.
A release date of September 8th has been announced recently for DiRT 2. It will be available on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PC, Wii, PSP, and the DS. Check out the new trailer after the break.Read more...
Halo Legends Debut Trailer Released

Microsoft and the newly formed 343 Industries released a debut trailer for the upcoming anime series, Halo Legends.
Halo Legends is a series of anime shorts that take place in the Halo universe. The shorts are being created by five separate production houses including Bones, Casio Entertainment, Production I.G., Studio4°C, and Toei Animation. Microsoft's 343 Industries is funding the project and previews of the videos will be made available on Xbox LIVE this Fall. They will eventually be making their way to DVDs and Blu-rays in 2010 as well as being distributed digitally. The trailer was shown off at the recent Comic-Con.

Assassin's Creed: Bloodlines Debut Trailer Released

Ubisoft has released the official debut trailer for the upcoming Assassin's Creed: Bloodlines PSP exclusive.
Most of the hype surrounding the Assassin's Creed franchise is centered on the upcoming sequel but Bloodlines is looking very interesting. It takes place after the events from the original Assassin's Creed on the island of Cyprus. It features the same main character Altair and it looks to bridge the gap between the first and second game. The trailer looks really good and makes you wonder how the visuals are possible on the PSP. The same combat and free roaming gameplay will be included as well.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Multiplayer Debut Trailer Released

Infinity Ward has released a new trailer for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2's multiplayer action.
The new Modern Warfare 2 trailer was released earlier today on Infinity Ward's official YouTube channel. The video shows off some glorious multiplayer action and also shows the game's new customizable killstreak awards. One award that is shown is the AC 130 airstrike award and according to the video there are 15 possible awards available. There is also a pretty funny part at the end that shows a player sticking another player with Semtex and getting points for payback.

Uncharted 2: Among Thieves Gold Rush Mode Video

Naughty Dog is showing off a new gameplay mode called Gold Rush for Uncharted 2: Among Thieves at Comic-Con this week.
Gold Rush is a co-op multiplayer gameplay mode where teams of players try move a treasure across a map while the other team tries to take them out. The video shows off the new mode while Naughty Dog's Arne Meyer narrates the action.
The new mode looks pretty cool and I can't wait to try it out. Uncharted 2 hits store shelves on October 13th exclusively for the PlayStation 3. Check out the new gameplay video after the break.Read more...
GTA IV DLC Release Date Announced

Rockstar Games announced an official release date today for the upcoming DLC, Grand Theft Auto: The Ballad of Gay Tony.
Originally announced back in May, the second Xbox 360 exclusive GTA IV episode will be available for download on October 29th. The stand-alone retail package named Episodes from Liberty City that includes The Ballad of Gay Tony and The Lost and Damned will be hitting store shelves on October 29th. The stand-alone package will not require the original GTA IV to play.
The Ballad of Gay Tony will run you $19.99 or 1600 Microsoft Points on Xbox LIVE and Episodes from Liberty City will cost you $39.99.
Guitar Hero 5 Band Features Trailer Released

Activision has come out with a new trailer for the upcoming Guitar Hero 5 game and this centers on the new band features.
The new video shows off how you can revive your fallen teammates by winning over the crowd. It also shows the new star power overload feature and the new band moments feature.
